It's a real shame that i need to update my review from my previous post. Normally i have a fantastic night out when i visit Panarotti's but unfortunately my latest experience was a real shocker.
I feel as though the staff on duty this night were extremely bad. For an entree we had included a herb bread and this simply did not arrive, all other entrees had been consumed by other members of our table and i was specifically waiting on the herb bread. We had to ask a member where it was, they instantly went and picked it up from what looked like behind the bar, and gave it too us. it was cold, and rock hard by this stage.
Moving on, they had served us wine glasses
One member of our table had requested for ONE EGG to be topped on top of his pizza, this isnt a huge ask considering our bill was around $200, how much are eggs really? because this request was declined, we were told this was not possible.
On top of this the atmosphere was dull and crowded, service was very slow, felt like we were waiting forever, the "BROCHETTE" was basically a tomato on a piece of toast and the pizzas we received were luke warm and barely any sauce or toppings.
A real disappointment considering i am a regular customer.
My question to management, what happened? i expected better.
A perfect example of fantastic customer service and a true demonstration of why i always return to Panarottis! They made a mistake with my order so i was offered the order as complimentary and corrected the mistake. I wish other restaurants would take a note from this book as Penrith has a high expectation for quality customer service. Thank you.
Dreadful night out! Waited 45mins for entrees and hour and a half for mains. Only one round of drink orders taken for the entire night! My pizza was raw, my friends was burnt black and my other friends had no sauce whatsoever making it terribly dry and unpalatable. We even had a main meal missing! No entree plates removed before main and it was so noisy we couldn't hear ourselves think. We walked out without paying and will never ever be back.
Suitable for a 'club meal' but don't expect fantastic pizza from this place. The base was so thin it was hardly a pizza, more like mountain bread with a sprinkling of toppings. The pasta we ordered had no flavour. We also waited almost an hour for our meals.
Even thought the food here is nice, and reasonable price - during peak periods customer service fails dramatically and a number of times we have waited over an hour and a half for our meals. Not too bad if you go in at a quiet time, with only approx 10 people in the restaurant!
Great atmosphere, place is usually packed everytime I go, very filling and a great range of pasta dishes. The three cheese pizza is one my favorites for an entree.
