service isnt too crash hot, guess being a 24 hour open restaurant would be hard, but foods always been great. chicken crepe is great

This is my first review and cant say it will be good. On the several occassions we have gone to Pancake manor unfortunately non were a good experience.We live locally and so differant family and friends have visited with us but the last time someone said oh lets go to pancake manor we declined. Our first visit I forgave the bad service. The next time we went the service was just as bad if not worse and I cant say that waiting longer for a drink than your meal is good. Especially when you can see it getting cold on the bar... we had coffee. The final straw was when we went on a quiet night just me and the two kids and waited over 45mins for 3 pancakes and a further 15mins for the drinks which were again on the bar. This time when my pancake came out burnt I sent it back and waited another 10mins for it too come back. As I said I work in Hospitality, and I took one look and knew they had flipped it over, so I flipped it back and sent it back and told the girl I am now going to mcdonalds for a burger because at least I know that will get service and I get exactly what I had last time. Unfortunately I am getting exactly what I got last time from this place too adn I can tell you that I wont be back for it. I got the pancake taken off the bill by the manager and made a formal complaint to their head office to make sure the problems at that restaurant are being addressed. I recieved an invitation to go back... but I wont be.

Been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each meal has been great. Excellent food, good service and decent prices. A great atmosphere too. They are open till midnight, which is great for those late night pangs which can't be satisfied by McDonalds!
