I used this business in January and was most impressed, the service was first class and I will use them again.
In fact I am about to book online right now.
You can't beat a friendly chat on the way to catch a flight, and that is exactly what I got, as well as being greeted by name as I arrived at the counter and again when I arrived back home.
Highly suggest that you try this one out.

Parked my car at Parking Port while recently interstate, was very impressed with the top quality service and very friendly staff. Nothing was a problem for them even though i was flying very early in the morning and returning late at night.Free shuttle ride to the airport was prompt and on return was collected from airport within 10 minutes. Car was waiting for me when we returned to the facility.

  Well I am surprised you received such good treatment things certainly have changed in a year.I found the service to be terrible. The management was extremely rude and the lack of customer service was disgraceful not to mention the shuttle being late and resulting in me missing my flight. I would much prefer to pay for secure airport parking than ever leave my car at that poor excuse of a parking establishment again.

  I am responding to the comment left by sally2012.... I am one of the owners of Parking Port and i know as do you why you missed your flight, it had nothing to do with our shuttle being late, if you were at our depot on time instead of 45 minutes late then maybe you wouldn't have missed your flight.
  Our shuttle bus runs constantly to and from the airport and we have other customers to transport so cant just have the bus sitting and waiting for late comers to arrive.And as for your comment about our rude staff, we don't appreciate it when customers who turn up late then turn around and blame us because they are late. So if your going to leave a review online make sure you tell the whole story. Craig

Absolutley Fantastic Service - Needed to park my car at the Melbourne Airport for 2 weeks was unsure about leaving it at the Melbourne Airport car park (unsecure), found parking port at essendon airport, fast hassle free service and car was left all secure. I came back from my holidays my vehicle all safe. Parking Port offered a service feature for my car which i took up at very competative price. Also vehicle was detailed. Its good to go away and come home and al the works been done. Good job Parking Port

Top marks for these people. Very careing, professional, fast service. Clean new shuttle busses and direct access to the Tullamarine freeway. I was running late for my flight, found the place easily you can see it from the freeway off the Mathews Ave Exit. Being in the new Essendon Fields there is less traffic no traffic lights and only took 5 minutes to get to the Tullamarine Terminal. Thanks guys I cought my flight. I highly recommend this parking facility. And just to top it off their prices are reasonable too.
