I found their customer service very poor for a repeat customer. In October 2009 Parramatta Hot Water Service installed a new electric 315litre hotwater heater unit for $1500 for me. Then I got them back in July 2011 because the same hotwater unit valve was leaking - resulting in a charge for $235 .
Then I requested to pay via EFT (electronic funds transfer) for the invoice. The repairer abruptly adv they only accept Credit Cards not EFT. Even though on their website it clearly states "We accept payment by major credit cards, cash, cheques and electronic funds transfer". The repairer then wouldn't budge until I spoke with his boss. Then the repairer insisted he wanted to wait for EFT receipt.
Finally the repairer left and I closed the front door. However I heard him let himself back in our home without knocking or announcing his presence to me then he exited. Not very professional.
