    Wow, I had forgotten about this little gem of a restaurant/cafe. We came here a year ago with my son for his 16th birthday. It was purely by chance because we couldn't get a booking at the Italian restaurant he wanted to go to. We were actually driving home to get Dominoes takeout and he spotted this as we went by. It's a small family owned business. The only staff were the owner and his young son, who looked to be about 13 or 14, and who made the best garlic and herb bread I've ever tasted. From the outside it doesn't look like much, metal seats and tables, but the food is some of the best we've had anywhere, very generous servings, fresh, and cooked from scratch. So generous, in fact, we asked for doggie bags as we couldn't manage it all, and there were 8 of us. During the evening, there were a lot of pizza and other take away orders, all of which this father/son team handled well and on time. One couple waiting for their pizza said they walked down on at least once a week as it was the best pizza around. My son has returned there this weekend just gone with his mates for his 17th birthday and said it was just as good as last year.

    The food is good and the prices are good. They also have good variety when it comes to meals, including vegetarian options. It's not the best pizza restaurant i've been to, but it's a good restaurant and it's one I recommend.
