    We are very disappointed!!!! They started off very nice but once we made the order and paid, we have now being waiting for 7 months for our bed suite and to date it still hasn't arrived. We have had to make all the effort to contact them to find out updates and they have done next to nothing to return phone calls or call back when they said they would. I found that their service became very condescending and they are charging us $1000 for a single piece of furniture which is almost half the cost of what we paid for a whole suite. I have found this whole experience exhausting and I am so disappointed that we have been treated so poorly. I highly recommend that people look elsewhere first.

    Unlike Scallywag3, I have found the guys at Paterson's Furniture great to deal with.
    I have bought different pieces of furniture from them over the last four months months or so, and will be buying more shortly.
    They've delivered the items to me promptly and when arranged.
    Would highly recommend them.

    I found that they werent very helpful, they didnt deliver, and when the item was faulty i was told to bring it back, they werent interested in fixing the problem. At least they gave me my money back.
