About us:

Pathways emerged from the tumultuous closure of the Newcastle steelworks in the late 1990s.

A team of dedicated professionals assisted several thousand employees with their career, financial planning, retraining and retirement needs.

Along the way we came to understand that adversity provides opportunity and from those first steps we have been moving forward ever since.
