    I have been dealing with this company for many years now and I must say they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Many companies try and cut corners but not these guys. After all you get what you pay for. The whole process was straightforward and the quality of workmanship second to none. The installers did a great job. Will definitely recommend and use this company again.

    I had patioland build my rear pergola of approx 45sqm. Its a worry when a "builder" doesn't know how to use a level.
    Over time I also realised that I paid approx $4000 too much.
    One piece of advice for anyone wanting to engage patioland is to get 5 other quotes and get them to price match if they want your business.

    Patioland erected a patio at our property earlier in the year and I found them to be somewhat "money hungry". They advised the job would be finished that same day but the guy turned up late. Then as soon as they arrived, they wanted their 10% deposit stat. I was advised the work would be finished that same day but as the guy turned up late, of course it was still incomplete by the end of the day when he left by 2pm, whilst it was still sunny outside. By the next day it looked pretty much complete except they said they were missing a part? Then then disappeared for weeks on end without any communication. One day out of the blue I get a call asking for the final payment and of course since I was at work, couldn't verify the work that had apparently been completed the day before but needless to say I was less than impressed. Not to mention when you make payment by credit card there is a surcharge but when paying they don't verbally tell you this to remind you and just expect you to read the fine-print to find out for yourself. It is only AFTER processing your credit card details do they tell you the figure which only then you realise is higher than previously and only then do they say this... Then in the mail they send you these little credit card butts as evidence of your "payment"!! Hardly a professional tax invoice for a job costing a few thousand dollars! Then when I request a proper tax invoice for the total amount incurred my emails just go ignored until again having to remind them about this for the third time! The patio itself looks to be in good shape but I'm sure there are much better companies out there with better work ethics than this mob. I would not recommend them to anyone.
