Civil Litigation:
I represent and give advice to clients on all aspects of civil court matters. 

I have acted on the court record as the West Australian agent for legal firms in the Eastern States of Australia, as well as those located internationally.

I appear regularly as Counsel:

Before Judges, Masters and Registrars in the Supreme Court; and
Before Judges and Registrars in the District Court. 
I have also conducted cases in the Federal Court, Magistrates Court and Local Court.

I have accepted instructions from P&I Clubs (for instance the UK P&I Club and Assuranceforeningen Skuld), insurers, freightforwarders, owners and contractors, on a variety of matters including claims relating to issues of seaworthiness, salvage claims, ship arrest, cargo contamination and damages claims, interstate and international multi modal carriage and marine insurance. I have also defended economic loss claims arising out of the use of fishing vessels.
