Just went there on the weekend and there are shoe boxes and boxing bags all over the ground so you can't walk down the isles. I took a photo of mess because I just couldn't believe how bad it was. the staff are just fluffing around, being useless.
After finding a staff to help us with shoes we get to the counter where a person is screaming to another employee to find another pair of shorts for the person in front of us. Just so unprofessional.4 months ago via TrueLocal for iPhone

I went to the store knowing exactly what I wanted, after locating the product it took almost 10 minutes before I could find someone willing to help me locate the right size shoe I was after. As soon as the employee had given me the correct size shoe I proceeded to the checkout where i wasted 15 minutes of my life before I was served.
There was only one staff serving and only one customer in front of me inline. She spent the whole 15 minutes dealing with this customer returning a whole heap of clothes and shoes before she thought to her self to grab another person to help serve or to just serve me as it was obvious i was agitated and had only one item.
poor service and poor work ethic. No idea from any of the employees.
