    My dog was injured at Paw Paws due to their lack of care. Whilst there for grooming she spent some time in the day care and they "somehow" jammed her tail in a door and had to take her to a vet to stop the bleeding. This happened on the second day, the first day I had my dog there they "forgot" to groom her. So we went back for a second. I ended up quite late for work as they were half an hour late in opening. "This is usual!" I was told by disgruntled other dog owners waiting patiently with me), After all this, the clip was average! I've had no luck getting a response from management about what happened. They did not return my calls or my emails. I can only assume they don't care. If you are a new customer visiting they will try and bribe you to keeping coming by giving you discount vouchers. Don't be conned by the fancy surroundings, do your pet (and yourself) a favour. Just don't go there.
