DO NOT buy from this guy. He refuses to refund your money on faulty products unless he is guaranteed a refund by the manufacturer of the product.

I had a faulty item, and he wanted me to contact the manufacturer, and get them to assure me he would also get a refund. I called Fair Trading, and they told me he has no right to do this, and that I had every right to a refund, regardless of what the manufacturer does.

I informed him of my call to Fair Trading and what they said, but he will refused to give my money back. I am in the process of taking him to the Fair Trading Tribunal to legally force him to give the refund. He did the same thing to a friend of mine, only I found out too late to stop the payment going to him. Avoid this store completely.
