Affectionately known as The Peaky amongst locals, the Peakhurst Inn is an unexpected but pleasant surprise in the St. George district of Sydney. This establishment has everything that a good pub should offer including happy hour, live entertainment such as DJs and local bands, karaoke, pool tables and a bottle shop. If you are feeling hungry, a bistro is open for lunch and dinner, serving patrons the flavours of Asian-inspired cuisine.

Never have I been in a pub as unwelcoming as the Peakhurst Inn. The service at this pub was absolutely poor. The food not only tasted bad, but was grossly overpriced, as were the drinks. The general environment was dirty and uncomfortable and had me wanting to leave immediately. Unfortunately, I will never be able to revisit this pub.
Peakhurst Inn or also known as Peaky Pub, is a well known local pub. Where locals come to chill out and have a drink and listen to the great bands that come there on a Friday Night. It is a good place for young people of this night.
On a Saturday night is more for the older crowd.
The bands are great the bar staff are polite. Its the best place to go if you are in the area on either of these nights.
