    - Has easy go no pressure approach
    - Small operation simple no red tape transaction
    - Good selection of cars
    - Vehicles are well presented and detailed
    - good value for money (if it proves they can commit to fix deficiencies under warranty)


    Cons
    - Waiting time when costumer traffic is high
    - Unawareness of mechanical conditions of vehicle (in our case)
    - Vehicle showed mechanical deficiencies (defective valves and safety system)

    First impression Summary:

    Sale was swift with friendly support to accommodate customers needs. A comfortable refreshment area for waiting customers would support customers to stick around.
    Great effort was put in by the car detailer to present the vehicle in a great condition.
    I found the dealer reasonable easy to negotiate additional terms such as extended warranty and requested services.
    It remains to be seen how they going to handle an engine problem that has developed in the first week of running. I will offer a conclusion review especially for this. That is where it shows if the deal is worth its money. So watch out!
