    Absolutly terrible!! Wish I could give ZERO stars!! We needed a set of clothes cleaned for a wedding we were going to in NZ. We gave them 10 days to clean them and we would pick them up the day before we flew. When we got there with our ticket saying it would be done by 2pm (got there at 3) and we were told not only were they not done yet but they we not even in the shop!!They told us they would not be back for a few days with no excuse for not being done(especialy given 10 days!). We told them we needed to fly out the next day with them and they said they "might" be back by then. The next day it turns out the suit pants had gone missing from the set because they lost the tag and could not match them up. Eventualy they were found at a different Peerless so we had to go there and get them ourselves then go back to Chermside to wait for the delivery guy to arrive with the rest of our things.. Eventualy no apologies or discount was recieved for the terrible costomer service for what is supposed to be a well established company of dry cleaners..

    We only just made it to the airport thankfuly with our things. No idea what we would have done if we couldnt get them back..

    Needless to say we wont ever be returning there in the future for what is overpriced service.. Just looking for a replacment in the local area..
