    Quiet park,situated on Waterfall Way,noise from trucks going past does not penetrate into the park,great lawned areas to feed the ducks or for kids to play. Amenities and laundry clean but a toilet has had a broken toilet seat in the ladies the whole time we have been here (4 days) and the ironing board in the laundry is unusable unless you use a cover of your own. We would definately come here again,have enjoyed our stay
