    Excellent "old fashioned" service. Call-out fee less than manufacturer-authorised service company. After repairing my clothes dryer, John noticed that a bracket holding a thermostat was missing (and had apparently been missing all along as this was the first service call after 5 years of use), he then went out of his way to source a second-hand bracket from another repair company and left it in my letterbox next day for me to simply install - all at no extra charge.
