    Melissa clips and washes my poodle every month. She is very professional and is a good communicator. She is prompt and on time nearly everytime. She uses the best products for our dog. She knows how to manage animals very well and is very reasonable in cost. We also get some pet accessories from her which is very convenient. Melissa is always courteous and consciencious when dealing with us and our pooch. I couldn't recommend anybody better.

    I had taken my dog to them a few times and was happy with service, but the last time they lost my dog for 9 hrs! And my dog was in Rothwell with them and we live in Deception Bay, thank god he found his way home! I was not happy that they stopped looking for him due to their own arrangement that night, I had 2 kids at home too that needed me and I would have loved to have gone home but didnt till dark. I text them the following morning to tell them wally was home and safe but never got reply back!

      THIS REVIEW IS NOT TRUE. The client drop off their dog to me at my place in Rothwell but the client was extreamly late in their drop off which created a masive hassel when the next client fell due. The client's dog was completed between doing the other client's dog who was booked in after them. After all of that I needed to go to the loo so I placed the dog on the floor in the trailer and shut the door to the trailer and then went to the loo inside my house. Upon returning to my trailer I open the door gently to the trailer and the dog barged out while pushing me to the side. I went after the dog chasing it for appoximately 4 hours. Durring this time I also contacted the client to inform them of the situation and gave continual updates. I was unable to continue looking for the dog after 4 hours as I did have a family event that night and I also had my own 2 children to look after as my husband was working in the mines. I contacted the client the next day. The job was not charged for.

    Melissa was both professional and friendly towards my puppy and i, angel felt instanly comfortable with mel she spent the time making sure the job was done properly. She is well priced and can be trusted with my dog as she cared for angel as she would her own pet, i am more then happy with the job she has done and i would recommend her to any one. GREAT JOB
