"I started training with Adam a little over a year ago. I started off at 60kg and over the span of the year, I managed to increase my weight up to 72kg. Earlier this year, I competed in the INBA Sydney Title, claiming 4th place and I would not have been able to achieve this without Adam's expertise and help!
The best way for me to put it, is that Adam has helped me go from someone who looked athletic to someone who has the body of an athlete. Adam trains hard, and the results show."

"Firstly I'm grateful to my husband for pushing me to start training and thankful it was with Adam.
I gained 17 kilos during my pregnancy and after returning to full time work I could not find the time nor motivation to try and get back into shape!
Adam was really polite and professional. At the consult he made sure to ask what my goal was and after I told him that I wasn't too concerned about losing weight and wanted to tone and strengthening my muscles and posture, he knew exactly what I was talking about and we started training! The guidance and encouragement Adam gives is very motivational, he always keeps it interesting and knows a lot about the anatomy of the body. I weighed 63 kilos when I started and was an unhappy size 12! Now after almost 6 months of training I am a toner and much fitter looking size 8-10 which is what I wanted! I have converted much of my weight into muscle!!
I have had lots of nice comments from family and friends on the dramatic change over a short amount of time and with only 2 sessions a week... I wish I could do more!
There is no way I could have done it without Adam!!
To all you mothers who think you can't get back to the way you were before having kids, you should think again and get Adam to transform your body and change your life for the better! I did!"

"I've been training with Adam for 11 weeks. In that time I have dropped a dress size and a half. I went from weighing 67-68 kilos, now I weigh 62 (it's the first time I lost weight through Christmas).
I have also noticeably developed muscles I didn't know I had, I'm looking lean and toned, not bulky.
Those are the physical changes, but most importantly is the way the training has impacted my life, I'm a happier more confident person than I was a couple months ago.. I eat healthier because I want to and I also train on my own and have joined a sports team.
I'm sleeping so much better and that's important for a shift worker.
I started training with Adam to pass a Police Fitness test which I did, I never would have image how much of a positive impact it would make in my life.
