I have bought a lot of furniture items from Perth bedding discounters and have found the quality of beds and draws are amazing and long lasting especially with kids furniture....i also found the service was outstanding they really no about the furniture they sell and are helpful with your needs and your budget.I would go back to Perth bedding discounters for every bedroom item i may need in the future. I would highly recommend Perth bedding to everyone i no.

Tonight I had to put my very upset 6 year old to bed on his matress on his bedroom floor. This past weekend I visited the above retailer to purchase a new single bed for him. Service was friendly and prompt. I was told delivery would be some time after 5pm Tuesday the 1st of July. My Husband rang at 5.30pm to double check that everything was in order. He was told that the van had already left and delivery would take place as arranged. It is now 10pm and I have given up. Many further calls were made with no answer.It will be interesting to see what explanation I receive when I call first thing in the morning. Tonight was very upsetting and inconvienient for the whole family.

  I tried to get in contact with the store this morning, only to find that they had no phonelines due to a problem with Telstra.I ended up travelling to the store. The owner had no idea about our issue due to another worker not passing on our delivery details. He was apologetic and tried to offer us a free pillow, which we were happy enough to decline.
  We left the store, confident that the bed would be delivered tonight. However we just received a message informing us that the bed has arrived damaged and a new bed cannot be delivered until the weekend at the earliest. We have been offered the floor sample which I'm not really happy about, but I can't have my 6 year old sleeping on the floor for the rest of the week!
