I've been shopping at this store since they opened in May 2010, there advice and customer service is sensational. I had sensitive skin issues with my 4 year old dog and nothing would help, they gave me some advice on a premium dog food and different treats for his diet and i'm glad to say there advice was smack on for the past six months no redness or scratching the new food has helped wonders for my dog. The team at Pet stock Hawthorn are always willing no matter how busy they are to carry my things out to the car for me and always ask me how my pet's are going. They now even know exactly what food i buy i don't even have to ask. Shopping at Pet Stock is so easy and just a pleasant experience, i would recommend this shop to anyone around with pets.
