I tried to make an order online, the website appeared outdated to begin with so I called up the shop. The employee I spoke to at 3.17pm on 22/12/08 wasn't entirely sure whether the website was current, did not know the company's email address and was not receptive.
I placed the order by fax but did not receive a confirmation call or the receipt which I requested on the fax form. I chased up at 2pm on 23/12/08. I believe it was the same employee who told me there was no fax number. When I confirmed the fax number and told her where it was on the fax sheet, she interrupted in an arrogant tone and wished to hang up.
This was not a pleasant experience for an easy revenue of $100. The staff could definitely do with customer service training. I am only asking for common sense.
