It really depends on which medical staff you see. The first staff was nice and helpful. But the other one I saw today showed no respect or intention of helping patients. That other staff not only kept on saying "I don't know" but also went too far to say "this should be another consultation" and was not helpful at all. I will never visit that other staff again.
