At Peter Petrou fitness my aim is to provide top quality personal training at a price everyone can afford. That and my approach to training led to Peter Petrou fitness being rated as one of the top 3 personal training companies in Sydney in 2011. 
I am a former professional boxer and elite Australian amateur representative and ran the boxercise classes at Paddington PCYC from 1994 until it closed in 2001. On retiring from boxing I decided to dedicate myself to developing my PT business and use my athletic experience to help people get fit and realize their weight loss goals. All sessions last for 1 hour and for 1 person I charge $60 for the first session in the week and then $40 for any session after that in the same week. For pairs I charge $100 for the first session in the week and then $50 for any session after that in the same week. I specialize in helping normal people get fit and am a registered

 & womens fitness instructor including exercise during pregnancy and postpartum training. 
There are no gimmicks or quick fix promises here. I am simply a personal trainer and a former athlete who thinks that just because someone can afford to live in the eastern suburbs doesnt mean they should be charged exorbitant prices for their health and wellbeing. So if youre somebody who thinks they should pay more money for a better service, call someone else. Otherwise discover the world of difference between a trainer who has actually been an athlete compared to someone who has just done a fitness course or two, Gone to the gym a lot or done a 1 or 2 day boxing course and now considers themselves an expert.

    I have been training with Pete for 5 months now, I have lost almost 7 kilos and have never felt or looked better. Pete has helped me with my fitness, my core stability and has helped make me look more toned than ever. Training with Pete is lots of fun and he definitely gets results.
