Highly recommend. Absolute gentleman who arrived on time, packed the truck, drove Brisbane to Gladstone, unpacked and then ... assembled my bed, adjusted TV, furniture, placed heavy mirror (over 50 single lady). Thought about placement of furniture (access to cables and power points etc. And there is more. Seeing highly polished floors, cut carpet squares and attached to furniture so floor would not be scratched. Have moved with Lee before because of because of best price, now I wouldn't think to ring anyone else.
As usual, nothing marked or damaged. Best customer service and care factor. Can't speak highly enough about these guys. Thanks Lee and Brett (Peter Sadler Transport)

Would highly recommend these guys. On time, got stuck straight into it. We only moved from Wakerley to Wynnum and the guys didn't stop all day, the only break they took was the short drive in the truck. No damages and happy to do anything we asked of them. I'm moving up to Bundaberg in 12 months and will definitely be using them again.

What do people look for in removalists? My key requirements are: 1) they arrive on time 2) they provide a quick & hassle free service 3) they manage to get those "hard to fit" items where they need to go and 4) at the end of the day your place & the items are accident free. Well Peter Sadler delivered on all of these! They were quick, courteous (which is important for us considering we've got an inquisitive 3 year old son running around) & just got the job done. They didnt even complain when my wife umm'd & ahh'd about the right place to put some furniture, meaning multiple moves up & down our tight stairwell. I would have no hesitation in recommending them...no matter how small or how large the move, based on my experience, you'll be happy moving with Peter Sadler

We have used these guys twice now, both times a great experience. Great fellas completed the move, no delays, quick and polite. Would recommend them to anyone who needs to get a move done and manage kids at the same time! They just cracked on and didn't need to be pushed to keep working.

I would highly recommend Peter Sadler Removals. We moved from West End to Toowong and they were fantastic! Took amazing care of all our belongings, were on time and very efficient. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks!!

What a disaster!
They turned up one hour late and no apology!
5 items were damaged/broken with no compensation offered other than a "sorry". At the end of it all they overcharged us - after many calls we got our overcharged monies returned. l never expected to pay less or get a discount l just wanted a professional job, which l didnt get!
Not a pleasant experience and would definately not use them agagin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I'm not sure of which job you are talking about however it seems very out of character for our company.
  
  We always recommend taking out insurance to protect your goods as no one is perfect, our guys take the utmost care when loading and delivering the customers furniture however very occasionally items get damaged.
  
  I apologize about being overcharged, again I'm not familiar with job you are talking about, I'm sure it would have been an oversight by the guys after a long days work. If this ever happens we investigate and give a refund.
  
  We send out a satisfaction survey after each move and 98% of our customers rate their moving experience as a 9/10 and would be happy to recommend us to friends and family.
