    Peter Vickers and Associates have been handling my taxation needs for a number of years now and they have been wonderful to work with. Staff at all levels have been helpful, prompt and friendly. Even appreciate the reminder to submit taxation when time slips by too quickly and I forget.

    I strongly recommended using another firm. I sought their services for my small business and after the work was completed I sent a cheque as part payment, later on received a statement showing an amount that was less than I had sent via cheque shortly after that I received a phone call requesting further payment I enquired as to the where abouts of the missing funds, I was told they would look into the matter. This went on for 9 months before they worked out where the funds had been allocated. During this time I answered EVERY call and email requesting payment each time my question was the same "where are the missing funds?" each time I was informed that they would look into the matter. Then one day I start receiving pending legal action even though I made a payment and and responded to all communications. I simply wanted to know where my money was and for 9 months no one could tell me. Their employees were extremely unprofessional.
