Directions
The P.I. has a menu to cover all dining experiences. If you want restaurant quality food at pub prices then we have something for you. Starting at out $10 deals (rump steak, flathead fillets, chicken schnitzel as well as chicken/beef/char-grilled steak burgers). Pizzas are all at $12.50. 
We also cater for the Kiddies. The kids menu is $8. There is a tenderised rump, fish and chips, chicken schnitzel and pasta of the day but doesn't stop there for the little ones, they receive a bowl of ice cream with topping for free. 
Mains start at $14 for Wof tossed Asian greens with cashew nuts up to $20 for a scotch fillet Surf 'n' turf.
Entrees start at $8 for tomato and basil brushetta to $18 for an Anti-Pesto plate for two. 
If that's not enough, there are four special a day on the board to choose from as well. 

Food is served for lunch Midday - 2.30pm Dinner 5.30pm - 9pm Monday to Thursday Midday - 9pm Friday to Sunday.

    Your challenge - should you choose to accept it - is to find a place in Sydney's inner west that will feed a family of 4 absolutely delicious food & a jug of soft drink for under $40. Impossible you say? Not so!
    Sundays @ the Petersham Inn kids eat free when their parents buy a meal. Bought the steak for $10, cooked just right with a delicious pepper sauce & (a little salty) chips. Wife got the $17 parmigiana and it was huge and covered with tomato & cheese, great value. Kids ate free, my only issue is there was only 3 choices for them & they weren't all that healthy, but kids were happy with that (my 4 yo said 'this is the best meal I've ever eaten!) but other choices could be good.
    A jug of coke for $9 - so all up $36 and we were stuffed full. Highly recommended.
    (They still have their Mon-Wed $10 steak nights too, and the other items on the menu looked good & good value).

    The food here is fantastic for a local pub! You can almost always get a seat and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Perfect on a busy weeknight when you want to get a quick good value meal and relax. Mon-Wed is $7 steak nights.
