I've never had a bad experience at Pharmacy on the Mall. The service is always excellent and although the prices aren't exactly the cheapest they make up for this with quality service. I've been going there for years and would recommend the shop to anyone

i learnt a lesson the hard way and would never ever even enter that shop again. i bought a perfume from there few days ago and that same perfume was at chemist warehouse for 10 dollars less. so i called them and said if they can return it or give me a price match on it they refused to do anything.
i would not recommend anyone to buy anything from there.

We recently purchased Swisse vitamins at this pharmacy but had to go to another to purchase a garlic supplement they did not carry. When we went to Priceline we were in shock. The same products Priceline stocks are much less expensive. We went back to Pharmacy on the Mall to return the product or get a price match and they would not do it. So we will eat our much over priced vitamins but we will never step foot in that shop again....ever. I would recommend checking their prices with the many other pharmacies on the area before giving that business one cent of your hard earned income.

  Do they advertise that they 'price match'? Otherwise a retailer is not required to refund you money unless the product is faulty or not as advertised. If they don't advertise that they price match I'm afraid the onus is in you to shop around before purchasing. As you would with anything I'd price was more important than convenience. ie 711 vs Woolies.
