    A friend reccomended Phoenix Electrical when I needed some fans and lights installed and I couldn't be happier with their service. Jesse arrived on time, was friendly yet professional and left the house spotless after he was finished. Would definitely call them again.

    I feel people barely acknowledge good work & wanted to post how happy I was with Phoenix Electricals work. I had 3x ceiling fans installed and from the moment they answered the phone they were polite and helpful. The work was done efficiently & reasonably priced and above all they cleaned up their mess. I will definately use them in the future.

    They arrived and first tested the power feed to our house which revealed a power distribution problem. There was nothing for them to fix yet they still charged the full call-out fee of $285 and did nothing. Would not recommend them and can't comment on the work quality as they did nothing.

      Thanks for the feedback Smudgeland we appreciate it.
      After investigating this issue we have found you had called after hours & spoke to our Service Manager.
      Unfortunately he had explained that because it was after hours it is a lot more expensive, so it is best that you make sure there is power to your surrounding neighbours to ensure it is not a street issue.
      We attended after hours (which our tradesman receives minimum 4hrs @ double time rates) & tested to find there was no incoming supply to your house. We advised you needed to contact Endeavour Energy for repair.
      We hope you understand that we always try to rectify after hours issues to the very best of our ability under the circumstances.
