    And now Ive a moment to make the time to complete my comments here, Im moved to mention that in a digital age of profit-above-human values and facile Internet short-attention-span communication, its interesting to encounter a service like Photocall in the Canberra-Queanbeyan region.

    Photocall has many photographers on its books, and can source images from a solid file of stock photographs processed for commercial use.

    Ive had experience of other of Photocalls domestic and distant photographers, and as I mentioned Ive worked closely with one of their mainstay talent, Irene Dowdy.

    The quality of photography provided by the professionals on Photocalls books is an industry example. Contracts, commissions and services can be arranged virtually anywhere within reason on call.

    Irene Dowdy has a knack. And that's unusual in this conformist decade of beige political correctness. Among her skills is a demonstrated ability to work professionally, to get a graphic image photograph according to brief, and then some.
    And that's something special in an era where seemingly "everyone" has a digital camera, but industry photographs are none the better for it. Just more plentiful.
    Of course, many would say photography has never been more easy.
    But has it?
    Truth is, it's never been more difficult. You can't survive as a qualified professional photographer this century by posture and pose alone. You have to deliver.
    That's what Irene Dowdy does.
    In spades.
    Threes no contest if you're looking to have decent, useable photographs taken.
    For any professional purpose.
    I know. Shes worked for me. And more telling, I've worked with her. I know she can deliver no matter what.
