    I had my hair done last week using a voucher and originally I had high lights put in so i had an obvious line of regrowth that went down my hair. The hairdresser told me will match colour and highlight my regrowths to take away that obvious line of regrowth I had. I came home to look closely and it was a different colour on my regrowths to my original high light colour and it is not blended in at all and i can still see the obvious line that seperates my old highlights to my new. I am not happy with the colour at all hairdresser should have just highlighted the whole strand instead of the just the regrowth if hairdresser wasnt sure of the colour matching. Now my hair looks blotchy from the back. Dissapointed with the colour, the cut was okay layers didnt look like they were blended in. Avoid colouring your hair here and you can definitely get a better cut somewhere else for the price they ask for.

    I have just had a colour and cut at the Pitt street branch. I had a picture of the colour and a picture of the cut I wanted. The young lady Rachel really went to extra lengths to ensure the colour I wanted was perfect. I wanted something very drastic and (pink balayage) and she even went out to buy the exact colour for the ends - very impressed. I was in there for a long time and had lots of interest from the rest of the staff about the colour as its was pretty unusual. The were all lovely. The colour came out perfectly just as I wanted.

    Hi there,
    I had my hair done two weeks ago using a voucher ( my previous hairdresser is on leave and I thought to explore other salons. my friend suggested getting a voucher to try new salons. So it was my first time purchasing vouchers too!
    I decided on a balayage and cut. My hairdresser was rushed and told me because i was 15 minutes late, they could not do the colour they way they wanted. I suggested they can leave out the blowdry ( I really dont like getting my hair blowdryed as I like it curly). But they went ahead anyway and said they had to give me a blow dry. I went ahead they were a little rough with my hair, walking off and coming back during dying my hair. I thought "maybe im getting bad service because i have a voucher?" So I played nice and made conversation with the hairdresser and it went well after that. Turns out the hairdresser was lovely but pity about my hair though! I made a remark how I find it hard to find hairdressers with good skills at cutting hair like mine (Mediterranean hair, thick and wavy). they said Pierre Haddad know my hair well and I felt at ease. They were rough with washing but thats ok, I just really was excited for a great hair cut. My hair gets bottom heavy and it drags down hair from the scalp and it doesn't sit well if not cut right. So they cut my hair and blowdried it (even when I said again I really don't want it, I like it curly! The apprentice took over and I just sat there and waited. I just wanted to leave and found my hair very dark at the top. I had hoped the colour would be flattering but it was just too dark. I can live with the colour I suppose, but its more the cut! It has no shape whatsoever. This is my first time I have complained and I am very shy about doing so, but I really hate my hair and just had to give you my feedback. There was" no love" when my hair was done and you can tell. I really tried to get a good rapport with the hairdresser but I didn't feel heard. I'm wary of businesses offering vouchers also. I am thinking of contacting them but I am very shy about doing that and paranoid they might get annoyed with me or disagree. So I dunno.

      I didn't pluck enough courage to call them and share my feedback. I just feel to anxious to go through that. So I decided to make an appointment with another hairdresser in the City. No more hair vouchers for me! Fully price all the way! I'll let you know how that goes. Better to talk away and move on than take the risk with my hair with them. I just don't feel comfortable about doing that!!

    I was very pleased to be invited back after my initial review and was quite impressed with the high standard of the customer service both in the salon and after that Pierre Haddad provided. I enjoyed my second visit, I felt welcomed back and was treated just as well as the first. Eric was understanding and helpful and was more than happy to re-do the colour and address any other concerns I had. I am very pleased with the final outcome and would definitely recommend Pierre Haddad and Eric.

    I bought the voucher for cut, balayage, treatment and blow dry. so booked it in for first with with good expectation.
    i showed a picture of the hair what balayage that i want, all i want just a simple soft ombre.
    so i paid $89 for the voucher and paid another extra $100 dollar in the end.
    the reception staff is very snobbish. just asked my name for the appointment and just ignored me. i didn't even know what to do, should i just stand up and wait or should i take a seat.
    it was really annoyed me and not professional at all.

    after i got my hair done. i was so disappointed. it doesn't look balayage at all!
    it looks like i just got my regrowth done. after paying $100 on top of the voucher.

    so i called them and complained. and they asked me to come back. i went back there and once again i showed the picture what i want. seriously what i want just ombre. i don't understand why they don't get it.

    so they dyed it again. and this time i got treated not as good as first visit. didn't offer me a drink and the blow dry was like as long its dry. maybe because its free.
    and once again so i am so disappointed. now my hair look like just one colour!
    no highlight, no balayage...nothing. just one brown colour. i don't think Pierre Haddad know how to do Balayage at all.

    with the price i paid, (voucher of $89, which is worth $265 value) + $100 on top of it. its seriously disappointing.
    might as well just go get one whole head colour done without paying extra and going back for second time, as wasting my time and make more damage to my hair from the hair colour that they never got it right.

    in the end my hairdresser told me, if u want bottom to be lighter to look balayage, next time just come back and do the bottom only. so ....why they did not do it from the start.

    will never go back there anymore.

    I had my first appointment today at this Salon for a style cut, balayage and blow-dry. I was quite pleased by the overall service they provided, they understood what I wanted, took their time, and gave a good hair massage and wash. Once the toner of the balayage was done they blow-dried a portion of the hair to make sure it was the right colour which I did appreciate. I was happy with the colour but did express my concern that once it was cut to the length desired there wouldn't be enough of the balayage effect as I wanted. They reassured me it would be fine, but sure enough once it was cut there was basically no balayage effect left and only the very tips of my hair are lighter. It became quite noticeable to me once I left the salon and had a good look at it in daylight that it pretty much appears to be a flat colour all over. I was pleased with the cut, but was quite disappointed by the fact I had paid for the balayage and toner as well when it was unnecessary since it has finished as the one colour.

    Recently went to Hilton outlet, for a cut, wash and half head of foils. Started off well, the hairdresser seemed to know what she was doing. Good head massage and wash. Started to blow dry when they realised they couldn't even see the highlights and asked if I had time as they wanted to do them again! (an hour and half had already passed). So I said fine and they proceeded. Then it came to cutting my hair, I expected this to be done while it was wet, but they went on to say it better to do it when its dry (first I've heard of this). They spent a minute or so trimming the ends, I don't even think there was any hair on the floor. Two hours later, my hair looked exactly the same, with plenty of split ends that that they missed. Very disappointing, for a place that sells itself on premium prices I would have expected professional and qualified hair stylists who knew what they were doing. Feel mislead...

    Terrible! Would not recommend at all. Went to the Chifley Square outlet. Staff had no idea what they were talking about or what they do. When asked for advice on a style/colour, they sounded like trainees with no understanding whatsoever. Terrible! When they finished with my hair, it looked no different from when i went in there.. despite being asked for a complete change???!!!

    Disappointing hairdressers, just cuts would be more professional I reckon. Rude, obnoxious, self-assured staff. Apart from cutting my beautiful long hair to a choppy layered mess. I wish I had it in me to tell people off. Seriously go anywhere but here. Horrible hairdresser, horrible attitude. AVOID - Go to your local barber, learn to cut your own hair, but DO NOT go here!! It's gonna take over a year to make sense of this mess she's made.

    i had been looking to go to get my hair extensions done, i had been researching for so long, i came across Pierre Haddad Hair Management, so i booked a consultation and Pierre himself spoke to me, he was so helpful, he was so passionate about his hair, he got me so excited i booked for his next availability and i am amazed by the quality of hair but most of all the customer service, it was so friendly there. I've had the extensions in for 4 weeks i'm getting them moved up soon but they are still so comfortable and the hair is still so good! Very happy and would highly recommend!

    i went to Pierre Haddad Hair Management last night and at first when i walked up the stairs the place was so crazy it was busy and messy i thought i wouldn't be taken through for ages, but a few minutes later i was approached by my stylist who intruduced himslf as Wellington he took me through and apolygised for the mess which i thought was good. He sat down with me and basically discussed everything with me and i felt very confident he soon applied the colour. After my hair was finished i was so happy it looked so good Wellington was so thorough from start to finish. I will definitely return.

    I recently visited Pierre Haddad at the Hilton. The minute i walked in i was happy, its such a lovely looking salon. I have had really bad experiences in the past and was very nervy about visiting another salon. I was having a colour that day and wasnt to sure with what colour would suit me or style i really needed a change and im used to having to explain my self to the stylist. The minute i said i needed a change my stylist suggested so many things and i was blown away with how creative and passionate he was. All my nerves had gone by this time and i felt like i was being treated like a celebrity. By the time i had finished i was so blown away by the change i started to cry, it was such a relief to finally have a style that i loved. I believe Pierre Haddad Hair Managment is a very professional salon who has such passionate talented hair dressers and i would recommened any one to go.
    I have already made my next appointment.

    I recently bought a Ouffer offer online for Pierre Haddad Hair Management and i was so pleased with the service i got. I saw Jessica and she was amazing she was so patient when we discussed my hair during the consultation. She asked me questions about my daily routine and i can definitely say that i have been able to maintain my hair since i left the salon. While checking out i was given a thank you letter inviting me to come back for a very reasonable price. My over all experience, colour and cut was fantastic! xx

    I have been going to Pierre Haddad for over 4 years now- I hadn't been to the new salon for years but I popped in there after not being to the new salon. It looks amazing and the location is great in the city right near pitt st mall! The staff were friendly and very attentative! And whats more I felt so glamourous when I walked out! They do the best cut/ colour and bouncy blowdry in Sydney!!

    I was running late to a work event and my hair was a mess-I work in high fashion that requires the latest trends 24/7...On my way to the event I passed by Pierre Haddad Hair Salon for a Shampoo/Blowdry. I have to say that it was the BEST Shampoo/Blowdry I have ever received-great service and my hair looked amazing-Cannot thank you enough the compliments I received that night were worth every penny!!!     After being a loyal customer for almost 7 years, it disappoints me to write such a review.
    It seems service has greatly decreased at Pierre Haddad; from reception staff (or lack of) to stylists. I guess the only thing that remained constant are the prices.

    The experience started as per usual, with me making a booking requesting my usual stylist. Mind you, if it weren't for this stylist, I would not have come back repeatedly.

    Upon arrival, a girl politely greeted me at the door whilst confirming my 4:30 booking then advised I go up to the salon. Second girl greets me at salon/reception desk, also confirms booking name and time then walks away without a word. Third girl greets me, also confirms name and time though this time advises I sit on the waiting area.
    After a good 10 mins elapses, yet another female approaches me, asks for my name many times, finally locating my booking and exclaims, 'Oh you're early!'.
    My booking was 16:30 and after all the waiting around, the time was now 16:29.

    After another good 15 min wait, a young apprentice, prepped me up and led me to the basins At last, I was very close to approaching desk and cancelling.
    As I eagerly waited for my haircut to finally happen, I was informed that my regular stylist had a day off (despite double checking this upon booking) today however they had taken the liberty to allocate another stylist.
    By this time, I knew the experience was not to get better, and it didn't.

    The stylist allocated, at first 'pretended' to consult me to work out my 'request'. It was a simple request. After a back and forth discussion, it seems they had already had an idea of what they will do to my hair before even meeting me. In the end, of course I did not get what I had requested, despite asking before and requesting alterations after.
    Once the haircut was done, I was palmed off to an apprentice to be blow-dried and GHD'd. My regular stylist made a point to work with me from end to end and this is where (amongst many) other stylists are lacking.
    As I quickly realised, the stylist who cut my hair was trying to fit in as many clients as possible hence the rush and lack of care. At this very moment, I knew I will not be coming back here.
    There was simply no redeeming factor to the experience. Unfortunately, as great as my regular stylist was, I believe the whole salon creates the experience and not just the stylist. I guess it's now time to look for a Sydney stylist that is wiling to listen to needs of clients.

    Firstly, when I called they told me they provided the service I was looking for. Secondly they quoted me $300. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that they do not provide that service but they had another that was equally as good for $450. The hairdresser that I was dealing with had to continually go and check with someone else. I eventually got up and walked out, rang another hairdresser and had the service that they had quoted me $450 done for $220. Looks fantastic. Just because the premises are impressive doesn't mean the service is.
