Pilates Bodyworks South Yarra is a small boutique studio that is recognized for our commitment to personalized Pilates training and rapid results. We take pride in being one of very few Pilates studios in Melbourne that offer group classes with a maximum of three people, because we firmly believe maximum benefit relies heavily on quality instruction and close supervision. At Pilates Bodyworks South Yarra, we firmly believe in high quality pilates training with a focus on your needs and goals. Our studio uses traditional Pilates equipment like the universal Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair (aka Stability Chair), Spine Corrector and the Pilates Spring Wall to provide you with a complete Pilates experience. If you havenâ??t worked out on all of this equipment, you have not experienced what Pilates has to offer.

Our studio offers one-on-one sessions, semi-private sessions, and small group sessions (with a maximum of three people). All sessions are an hour long, and tailored to suit your specific needs and goals. We make every effort to provide Pilates training of a very high caliber at rates that are accessible to a variety of people.
