    I will never ever use them again and advise you to do the same. Bought a table that started flaking all down middle 1 month after purchase with very minimal use by us. They said to us we must have put something hot on the table which at this stage was entirely untrue. They refused to fix at their expense or refund even after a Department of Commerce complaint.

    Wish I had of read the reviews here before making my purchases! I purchase two wardrobes and a desk and told the sales assistant that I would pick them up the following Thursday. This was noted on the invoice and I left believing I could pick up the items on the day discussed.

    WELL I hired and paid for a trailer and got my husband to take off a day from work. (warehouse staff did not load items, we had to) I decided to make a quick call the day before to ensure the items where ready and let them know what time I would be there to pick them up. I was then told that no booking had been placed to pick up the items and I could not get them unless I made an appointment for Saturday.

    I contacted the store of
    purchase to see why the booking was not made, as I was making a 300km round trip specifically to pick up these items and could not simply come back another day. I was once again told that I could not pick up the items as I had not contacted the warehouse myself to arrange it. When I told them that I was never informed that I,myself, had to contact the warehouse ( even when I said to the sales assistant that I could come back on Thursday) I was met with an attitude of too bad, you'll have to come another day.

    So now I've lost the deposit on the trailer and have noone to help me pick up my items for at least six weeks due to harvest.

    I have contacted ACCC regarding this matter . I have emailed Pine Discount Furniture and requested a remedy - either they load it on the trailer for me or refund the items. I await a reply or will
    take this further as discussed with ACCC. I will update with my email.

    Am saying a massive thankyou to my mum and to pine discount quality furniture in kenwick. Thankyou very much to the kind donation of lots of stuffed toys to my much loved residents. My residents and us carers appreciate it more than you will ever know. So people please like this status and please share it, if you cant share it then give pine discount quality furniture in kenwick a big thankyou on your facebooks and let them know what they have done is muchly appreciated.     Who knew buying a couch could turn into a NIGHTMARE?!

    What a joke my experience has been with Pine Discount Furniture in Kenwick! I bought two couches, only one was delivered. I was promised the second one would arrive after 2 days and took the day off work to await for it.

    No one called. I rang, no one answered.

    It's now been 10 DAYS and all the people I spoke to last week pretend they don't remember the several conversations we had about this issue.

    If I could help it I would NOT BUY FROM HERE, EVER.

    I have so many problem with this company and all they do is pass the buck on who can fix it. And once you go to managers they say you can talk to my manager and no one can give you an answer. would not recommend this company

    I was actually really happy with the service I received from the Joondalup store. We had a few things on layby and I went in and saw more things that I wanted and there were happy to add to my existing order. I paid off my layby and was told I would have to wait 5 weeks for a single bed (which did not bother me at all) but instead of making me wait the said they would upgrade it to a king single at no extra charge. I have only today placed another layby with them over the phone. The lady informed me that the item was not instock untill next month but again I do not mind at all. Highly recommend the joondalup team!!

    I had really bad experience with pine discount. Purchased set of lounge and table set. Paid deposit and agreed date of delivery. Nothing turn up on the agreed date and no phone call either. I have to call them day after and only being told they don't have stock. They then said may be they can get stock in 2-3 weeks time. Again nothing was heard after 3 weeks so I made the call again. They said they can't get the chairs anymore and can only offer stock credit. I kept arguing with them and they finally agree to refund the money for the table set. However, I still have to wait for the lounge set for another 4 weeks. Again nothing happen after 4 weeks so I made the call and being told another 8 weeks. I was fed up with this company and asked for refund. They refused again and said only store credit can be given. There is nothing I want from their store and they didn't care. Throughout the process I was talking to their management in the warehouse. The management was rude and arrogant and offer zero customer service. I am very disappointed as they are not willing to offer refund as if it is our fault not willing to wait for 3 months. The price was the attractive selling point but non-existent customer service and refund policy justified the cheap price. I would never go to shop with this company because of this bad experience.

    I am shocked to discover that our new bedroom suite is NOT 100% pine as advertised, it is has panels made of some sort of compressed timber like MDF.

    I had three bad experiences with pine discount and the customer service. I purchased a dressing table but they didn't attach the nuts and bolt. Then I call the customer service they said come and collect in the store in office time. Anyhow I went there after 15 minutes waiting they said go and ask another store in the Albany highway. Without hesitation I went there also but in that place they couldn't find what I required. I returned to office without getting anything but my company deducts my 2 hours salary. I paid delivery to pine discount and I lost my salary also. This was my first bad experience with pine discount.
    Second I ordered a dining table for a party organised in our home they promised to deliver in that day. I called to remain early morning in that day they confirmed that they will deliver. I was waiting long time but it was not happened. They delivered after one week but they were not good condition still I am chasing to replace, I hope I have to spend another couple of office hours to repair that.

    I've just had a really bad experience with them. I am the first to admit that it was my fault that I made an incorrect assumption about a measurement because I thought that they had a standard single bed mattress on a trundle, when in fact it wasn't. When I asked to return the trundle, it wasn't that they wouldn't take it back, but the way they treated me. First they said that they wouldn't take the item back because I'd assembled it. When I said I hadn't assembled it, which was totally true and easily proved, they used another excuse - They wouldn't take it back because I'd opened the box. They inferred that I was lying about the incorrect measuring and had just made it up as an excuse - which I found really upsetting. I rang the shop where I had bought it and spoke to the staff and they said the'd see what they could do, but couldn't promise anything, except that they would ring back later that day. I waited home all day but they didn't ring. The next morning I decided to try one last time and rang the head office, but they said they were "in customer service", no job title. They listened to part of my story and then told me that they don't take items back. This was the first time I'd actually been told this. They weren't interested in hearing about why I was unhappy with the customer service, just kept saying - we won't take the item back, and then hung up on me. Now, that's a first - I've never had a person "in customer service" hang up on me before! They never understood - I was upset because of all the stuffing around - not because they wouldn't take the item back. eg One time I waited for 20 minutes for customer service to answer their phone (after dialling 3 on their menu), and the whole time I listened to a recording saying how they pride themselves on their customer service. If they were good they would have listened to me - and I would never have posted this here. My perception, as a retired HR Manager, is that this organisation appears to be rudderless. The one star is for the warehouse staff; they were really nice. If anyone wants a white single bed trundle I have one in perfect condition, never been assembled :)
