I'm sorry but as genuine as the guys seem here, I can't recommend them.
I brought my car in for a rego check which they said passed with flying colours. One week later the car was shuddering. I looked into the issue and asked them to take a look at the ignition coils. Next thing my wife brings home the car with brand new set of break pads and disks which they previously deemed safe just days before - 500 dollars. I take the car back (more time off work for me) to get the real problem solved and they charged me my absolute limit I gave them as I was now strapped for cash another 400 dollars to finally fix the shuddering. Car works for another 2 weeks then I get warning lights firing on my dash saying the engine's too hot. The coolant was low so I topped it up and the car works fine for another week. Then, finally, it completely breaks down. The head gasket is now blown as the hoses were loose on the engine causing water and oil to mix within the engine. So now a new engine at a different mechanic is setting me back $2000 dollars.
I want this to be a fair review so I have to say that there are a lot of factors here that aren't necessarily Pittstop's fault, but at the end of the day you have to have faith in your mechanic to do the right job, correctly, at no extra cost to the customer. I can't honestly say I do when it comes to this particular shop.
