    I'd ordered from them several times before, and we always made sure to thank the delivery staff as well as tip them. Made no difference. On 11 November, we placed an order to be delivered and waited. And waited. I ran down to the front desk of the hotel to ask if a pizza delivery staff had come in, and was told no one had been there. I returned to the room to find that my phone had been called, but no messages or return number had been left. I called to re-order and find out why they called (if it was them) and was told by a VERY rude staff that their other staff had been to our room twice and had knocked on our door, but we never answered. Yeah, makes perfect sense. They went on to say that we had placed THREE ORDERS (???) and they had to throw away "$1500 worth of food." Furious, I hung up after being told that they wouldn't accept our order, and again asked the front desk if any delivery drivers had been in - nope. I don't know who owns the Campbelltown franchise.
