My wife and I were saying last night that we wished we knew Plumbers Direct when we built our home a couple of years ago. Hard to find good trades these days. I finally found a reliable plumber. I called this plumber at approx 1:00am last night / this morning because my sewerage had blocked and made ahuge mess. They came, fixed the problem and to my surprise cleaned the mess. Thanks guys for following up this morning if everything was still alright and offering support. Good 2 know that not all tradies are dodgy. Very happy customer :)

Thankyou Anthony & Assistant (Forgot his name). Job was done efficiently at Asquith. Work area was cleaned up afterwards. Both were pros & polite in their job. Price was close to the original quoted mark. The only area for improvement is, if they can add credit card as an extra payment option. I would not hesitate to use them again. -

What a wonderful group to have dealt with. They were professional and polite from my first call until the time it was time to pay the invoice. My mother is 93 years old and can get in the way sometimes, but this was no problem for the gentleman (sorry forgotten his name) and his young worker. The plumber was very good at what he does. I did not have any problem what-so-ever and I am very pleased with myself for calling this group.
Not many like this group anymore and I just know they will do well, because nothing is ever too much trouble for them. He changed and did a few extra bits & pieces for me at no charge. Now, is'nt that lovely of him. What a nice lad he was- Thank you very muchly so. -

This mob were great. Every step of the way. They renovated my house which was falling apart. he gave me the price and worked with me so that it did not cost me any more than that. a great deal of extra work was needed at my place. plumbers direct made sure i was not left paying too much and worked closely with me to make sure costs were to a minimum. now tell me, what plumber would do that? give this bloke a go and i am sure you will be happy just like we were. he is a true aussie champ and cares about his customers.-

This is a outstanding company. We called this company in an emergency for our shop in Parramatta. The plumber was too far out, he still came in because I had to open the restaurant in 3 hours. They came, unblocked the sewer, hosed it all away using disinfectant and I was very happy. He came out of his way to help me and was not expensive.
This business will be very successful and I have kept their card for referrals.

I look forward to having plumbing problems so that I can call my plumber. Anthony is an extremely hard working and efficient tradesman. Clean, friendly and on time (don't know what Mrs Tabins has a problem with, but 10minutes is more than permissible due to traffic for any service in this city!! )
I agree with Mark Serena's review. He's a frigging legend, would invite him over for a BBQ!! Top guy, winning formula. -

Before learning about Plumbers Direct NSW my wife had called another company when all our drains in our house backed up. The other company advertized a low price. The other company sent out an unexperienced "plumber", he shot water into the main drainage pipe with a water jeter which caused raw sewage to spill out all over our back yard. He then told my wife that the sewage pipe needed to be replaced and that it might run about $30,000. Then charged her $400 dollars and left, leaving over four buckets of raw sewage in our back yard to clean up
We then called Plumbers Direct, they came out solved the problem, left the place clean and even fixed our tap for under half the price. We will never call anybody else ever again.. -

These people were wonderful. They lost half a star because they turned up 10 mins late, but other than that, I could not complain. The work was very good and neat. The prices were affordable and the manner of which the plumber had (Christian) was positive. Thank you for a positive experience. -

We high recommended Plumbers Direct NSW. Anthony is a nice down to earth bloke, friendly, professional, easy to talk to and very helpful. He's helped set up all the piping and plumbing requirements for our coffee shop in Bondi Junction. Their price is the most reasonable in town but the result is of the best quality and neat too.
