I'm getting a little worried now I have read ijm's review. I recently ordered a lounge and ottoman from Plush. Firstly I was standing in the shop near the lounge I wanted to purchase for at least 15 minutes before I had to finally ask a lady to help me rather than just stare at me. It really bugs me when shop assistants know you are waiting but they ignore you. I must say the customer service I received was terrible and it was only because it was the lounge I wanted and didn't want to look any more I decided to wait otherwise i would have left. I also wanted to buy a lounge, ottoman and rug from them and they refused to give me a package deal or even 5% off - so I didn't buy the rug there. I'll get it somewhere else. When I got home I realised they had charged me for the two cushions I had ordered but now added them on the docket to be ordered. I'm still waiting to see if they charge me extra. I'm hoping I dont have the same problem with it not being available but thanks for the heads up I will be checking prior.
Awful. Bought a sofa that I was told was in stock but when delivery time came they told me they were suddenly out of stock despite the fact I paid in full on the day of ordering. 2 months later and they still haven't delivered - it's always coming soon and always a supplier problem. Excuse after excuse. Simply unprofessional and inexcusable to take money from people for something they don't have. Wasted more than enough time chasing these guys and hope this spares someone else the same experience I've had. Will never buy from them again.
Totally agree - I will never buy something here again. They are a nightmare to deal with. I read your review and rang them three times to ensure my lounge was ready for delivery and to be assured everything was fine. Well you wouldn't at 3pm the day prior to my lounge was going to be delivered they called to say it wasn't ready. I have spent hours on the phone trying to sort it out with them. Never again!
