Worst Medical Centre, and rude staff! I have been to the centre today and waited for more than an hour, the doctor was not in the office and the staff told me to wait and didn't tell me where he was and when he would come back. There was a staff member who was very very rude, asked the patients to "get lost!" I recommend people don't visit the centre.

If you want a Pharmacy ONLY- Incredible...so so knowledgeable.

Medical Clinic- Only if you have half a day to wait. Atrocious. The doctors are all on time crisis....to the point you feel like you can't ask them to check the final things concerning you because they clearly do not have time.
I'm sure it's not the fault of the doctors..just a terrible system.

I'm extremely disappointed with this medical center that is always busy and even though you have an appointment you will still wait on average between 30-60 min's. I pay cash for all my visits, however, each time I go there I feel ripped off because the Doctors try and rush you in and out within 5 min's cause they've overbooked. They therefore never tell you everything as it's all hit and miss stuff and you continually have to make new appointments each time costing you $82. This is appauling and it's a pity that I'm held to ransom due to the limited number of Doctors or non bulk billing clinics in the area!!!

I disagree. Yeh ok they can get a little busy, causing a longer wait time, but they are providing a service, so really I wouldnt be picky. Has anyone actually thought how hard it is 2 employ dr's, let alone how expensive it is 2 have alot working in such a small clinic. I say, if u dont wanna wait, stop ur wingeing & go somewhere else. What do u expect for a bulk billing clinic. If u were 2 go 2 a clinic where u had 2 pay, of course you dont have to wait. I think all the dr's at PCMC are great & the reception staff are wonderful. They r good at handlin all the abuse from patients. I mean they r the ones getting the blame for u having 2 wait, but really is it there fault? No It is the patients fault. U know why? Cuz each pt has a problem & has 2 explain in full detail 2 the dr, so it takes forever. So it is really ur own fault that ur made to wait.
& another thing, the pharmacy isnt busy as its ONLY a pharmacy. All they do is get ur medicine, they dont help u with ur probs as dr's do!!

  I disagree with you. The reason we all have to wait so long is because Doctors overbook to supposedly cover for cancellations. Trying to see a patient in 5 minutes is beyond rediculous and boils down to pure greed on the doctors behalf. The centre should be renamed to Point Cook fast foods instead!!

A very busy and crowded clinic, packed waiting room where other patients tend to cough all over you. The quality of doctors is a bit hit and miss, it depends on who is on at the time. There are much better options in this area.

I can't say much for this facility, unless you see one of the 2 female GP's there. They are always booked to capacity, we have had to wait nearly 3 hours to have a sick infant with a very high fever seen. If we had any other option in the area, we'd never step foot in this office again. The pharmacy though has friendly staff, and they never seem to be overly busy.

  i found this GP, over booked. hard to get into. you sit there for 40 mins after your appointment time. its just stupid. its just annoying that this is the only GP in the area.
