On arrival we found the management very rude. Sly comments they were not appropriate to a tourism operator. They over charged us from their Internet prices and the accommodation was very expensive for a cabin that was very old and looked like a rundown river shack, I'm sorry to say was not worth the money. The prices they charge I could have stayed at the Hilton and had better service. I would not recommend this park to future travelers. Stay well clear. On a positive note Port Vincent is lovely.

  I do remember this man being rude upon check in. I think he thought he had booked in somewhere else, but I was polite & friendly anyway! Upon realizing his mistake and knowing there would be no refund as stated on our website, only made him more rude even though he did not mention anything to us directly. It wasn't until after his departure he emailed us rude email. We did not overcharge him. He paid the correct amount as per our website for the amount of people he had at Peak prices, As for our Budget Cabins they are hardly run down for they recently won "Winner" in the Standard Accommodation Category in the Yorke Peninsula Tourism Awards and are priced accordingly. Most of our customers love our park & how it is managed.

Fantastic Family Freindly Park 2hrs from Adelaide

I beleive Port Vincent to be one of the many secret locations only 2 hrs from Adelaide.
We have stayed at your park on several occassions and have found our stay to be one of the best we have experieced on our travels. We have recommended your park to many of our friends and It gives us great pleasure to get such positive feedback when we see them next.

Terrible, terrible, terrible caravan park. Not nice at all. My family ended up being asked to leave because our family conversation was too loud over dinner at 7.15pm. They wouldn't even listen to us - they just said that one of their regular visitors likes to go to bed early (7pm) and sleeps in a tent so we should cease all conversations. Utterly ridiculous. We will never EVER go back.

  As owners of the caravan park it is unfortunate that occationally we have to take drastic actions to keep our reputation as being a "quiet" and friendly family park. On the night in question we became aware of a disturbance at around 11pm after the noisy people had been asked to keep the noise down numerous times. When they did not and other people with children started to pack up and leave at midnight we had to inform the noisy people that they had to leave in the morning. After which we had more complaints about their behaviour that next day which comfirmed our actions. This is a very rear occurance and has only happened twice in the last 4 years.
