Practical Outcomes consists of a group of trainers who have extensive knowledge and experience in the children's services sector spanning more than 20 years.  Our expertise is in all areas of children's services including; long day care, occasional care, out of school hours care, family day care, nanny work, kindergarten and early intervention.

 - Our accredited training courses are workplace based - we come to you! 

 - Training and assessment visits are on average 2 hours in length to ensure our students receive ample 1-1 support in their learning and development.

 - Monthly telephone and email support as required by the individual. 
 
 - Comprehensive self paced learning manual which includes the assessment tasks for the entire qualification. This allows students to move ahead at their own pace.

 - Optional support classes, and

 - Text books and reading materials.
