With this coach service the upholstered seats smell of stale body odour. On arrival, the Whyalla depot is closed at night and passengers as myself without transport home, are left in a dimly lit area of the town, to wait for a taxi. At the Franklin Street Depot, arriving at 6am, I have been greeted by a mass of roaches in the ladies toilets, which are poorly maintained. I have also had conflicting information from the booking staff and drivers. On booking I was assured the front seats, then the driver told me due to company safety procedures passengers are not allowed in these seats, as if an accident occured I'd be the first out the front windscreen. This has happened twice. Yet when the coach is full, passengers are allowed in these seats.
