    They took $487 2 years ago and in the contract they were to obtain a Council building application and on completion were to get Council approval for the work done. Well they have not arranged for this to be done. That's right, they built the Patio without council approval, took the $487 and have refused to correct this position.
    I've been in constant contact with them since 1 September this year and all they offer is promises - none of which are kept. They sounds sincere and seem to make all the right mutterings about setting things right but in the end they do nothing!
