    As an individual that has sought several avenues for upper back pain relief, it was not until I went to Primary Physio Care that I was able to actually begin to see any improvement. Aside from the fact that they were able to improve my back condition, they provided me with overall knowledge in nutrition and exercise that has stabilized my treatment, and improved both my fitness and overall well-being. I would definitely recommend them. They were and continue to be, of great help.

    Excellent service,
    I injured my back at work and was in constant pain until I visited primary physio.
    They fixed my injury.
    It was a speedy recovery
    I have had nothing but positive experiences with Primary physio. They are fantastic!! Very friendly staff, well organised, clean facilities, proper treatment...and extremely good service
    I would definitely recommend them.

    After suffering a back injury, I tried many different avenues for pain relief and rehabiltion with no success.

    After seeing Ali at Primary Physio Care for only a couple of consults, I was seeing major results and continue to see improvements.

    Ali's extended knowledge and holistic outlook has been the answer I was looking for...*smiles*
