I've been in the bike market for around 6 months and really enjoyed the service i got here when I had my bike serviced. Ash is fantastic. He got everything done I needed and more and didn't charge me for the stuff that took 2 mins.
I find the sales guys always friendly asking about my bike and keen to help me into a new one when I'm ready.
I'd trust them to give me unbiased advice and a good price.

I contacted Pro Motorcycles Ipswich to buy a runout 2009 Suzuki Bandit, the advertised motorcycle had been sold. The salesman then offered me a new 2010 model, I said to the salesman that the 2010 bike was above my budget and I said I would have to get the extra money from my wife and have her approval. The salesman then said put down a deposit and if my wife doesnt want to go ahead with the purchase, I would have my deposit returned to me with no legal strings attached, so I beleived the salesperson and paid the deposit. When the salesman contacted me a few days later I had to tell him that I could not go ahead with the purchase and the salesperson said that I had to come into Pro motorcycles and my deposit would be returned. When I got to Pro motorcycles I was called over by a senior staff member and they asked why I could not go ahead with the purchase, I was in the process of telling them that I could only afford to buy a used bike, when they started speaking very loudly to me about my legal obligations and what ever the salesperson had said to me was hearsay, this was repeated to me again and they then said in a very agitated way that I was a liar and a social misfit, but they would return my deposit. I replied to that if they continued to abuse me I would take legal action against them. They then shouted over to another staff member and shouted write out the cheque. The following day I contacted Pro Motorcycles head quarters in Rocklea and laid a complaint with the manager, who said that they had had issues with the Ipswich store before and they would look into the situation. The head quarters manager then apologised to me. This was the last I have heard about the situation and all that has happened since, is pro motorcycles sales people have phoned me to try and sell me a motorcycle. I do not have an issue with Pro motorcycles Ipswich sales people as they were appropriate and were professional.
