    I took my three children to Procuts at Stafford this afternoon, and it was another great experience there! Adele and Andrea made the kids feel really special from the moment they walked in the door until the moment we left. They were efficient and friendly, they were running right on time - AND they did three great haircuts. Every time we've been for kids' haircuts I've been really happy with the service, the cuts and the price. Great work girls! :)

    My first experience at Procuts as I am in the market for a new hairdresser...lovely staff there but the amount of time I had to wait was very frustrating.! I was left to sit for a whole half hour when I first arrived - not told they were running late but just given a handful of magazines. I was just about to walk out when I was finally attended to but this was sign of things to come...
    as I said, nice staff but only 2 people on for the Saturday rush - there is no way that was enough! My hairdresser was constantly having to answer the phone or respond to walk in clients. Almost three hours later I left there feeling rather annoyed. You need more staff! Sorry but I'll keep looking for a new hairdresser.
