I signed up to true local just to post this review. My honest advice avoid them. I think the staff who manage the workshop are decent and nice enough, but overall the workmanship as a whole just isn't there. If they weren't so expensive it 'might' be acceptable but the combination of expensive prices and very average attention to detail mean its a no go. I've been to them several times (against advice, but they are close to my house) for some major and minor work. Every time, and I mean every time, there have been issues with the bike afterwards, the last issue was the final straw. The funny thing is, often the response is 'oh, it's meant to be like that' or 'it was like that before' which is just crazy when most motorcyclists are passionate and know their machines very well. I've heard good things about Balmain cycles, haven't tried them myself but they will be getting my next service. Can anyone offer any other suggestions for good Triumph mechanics in Sydney?

I can't speak for the service at Procycles St Peters but I can comment on their service costs. I priced a 20000km service for my 2009 BMW R1200GS. Procycles quoted $630 and Rolfe BMW in Canberra $425. I live in Bowral so guess where I'm going for the service! And it's a nicer ride!
When I mentioned the Rolfe price to the Procycles service staff, they responded that I should ensure I was "comparing apples with apples". Surely a regular 20000km service is the same for all dealers.

Appalling service. Replaced expensive parts unnecessarily and took absolutely no responsibility. Simple mistakes they made ended up being extremely expensive. They appear to have little idea how my bike functioned and even less of an idea about customer service.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, for any reason.

I've dealt with these guys on numerous occasions. I have always found them to be courteous and very professional. I usually book in whenever I need work done. They adhere to scheduled times, which is great when you prefer to wait. I rang them on Xmas eve, not expecting to be fitted in, to my surprise, they said 'come on in'. Thanks Procycles St Peters for an outstanding business.
