The communication, marketing and action plan was highly successful. With their database of well established potential buyers my house under contract and SOLD before I could even get the "For Sale" sign up on the front lawn!

    beware renters i asked for these things to be fixed 8 roof leaks, oven works when timers goes, kitchen sink leaks, had 2 patch rooms for children when found some where else and asked 4 over time was told no then when i said about my 2 young kids was told" DONT CARE ABOUT THOSE KIDS" PLEASE GIVE THIS AGENT A WIDE BIRTH THANKS
