    My mother had arranged on early this week to view a rental property today (friday) through these guys.
    They were aware that she was traveling from the Sunshine Coast (135km away) and had her contact details if there were any problems.

    The viewing time was for 4-15pm today, so we fronted at their office at 2.30pm with the correct ID and paperwork.
    After announcing themselves the person behind the counter then proceeds to tell her that the property had been taken earlier in the week!

    And all that was said was sorry. So after a 170km round trip, my mother has wasted time and money for no reason.

    Avoid them like the plague, they aren't professional at all, and don't even have the manners or courtesy to contact prospective renters, including ones who are travelling quite a distance, if the property is taken.
