    Automotive Repairs. 19/01/2012 We had a problem with our cars aircond the staff said it was a blockage we had a chat about what to do they showed a diagram of the aircond system and pointed to three parts needing replacement with new parts Condenser unit a filter and expansion valve the quote was $495.00 they got the job. After picking up the car I thought i would take a look the condenser was still the old one as was the filter and the expansion valve my neighbour who is qualified mechanic had a look that confirmed the old parts had not been replaced then off to RAA who also confirmed that parts were old parts.I went back to them agreed to give a refund and only charge for re-gas but no refund appeared in bank account. At the same time We also got a quote for a whining sound from front of the car the staff quoted that all the front brakes needed replacing including new disc rotors and brake pads but we just had all the brakes done my mechanic neighbour said that it was only a wheel bearing.

      I had the same thing happen to me they we rude and told me to leave the store when i confronted them with my problem it took weeks to get my money back. discusting!
