    We hired this company to do some work for us and were visited by the management. After paying the initial fee she agreed to apply for all the relevant permits for us. Six months and multiple unreturned phonecalls and emails later the council ran out of patience and issued us with a demolition order. She had not applied for any of the permits she told us she had "under control, leave it with me" and has left us high and dry. When questioned she walked off the job and would not return any messages. Unprofessional and rude.
